About the Founder
aer-i is the phonetical pronunciation of the Gaelic (Irish) “Ar Aghaidh”, which in English translates to “Forward”, and moving leaders forward is what aer-i Leadership Development is all about!
“Ar Aghaidh” also happens to be the motto for my hometown of Castlebar, County Mayo, on the west coast of Ireland!
